Returns Eligibility:
• Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your Master Roll purchase you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Product Condition: To be eligible for a return the product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Return Process:

• Return Postage: While we stand behind our products return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
• Refund: Once we receive your returned items and inspect them we will process your refund promptly. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. Exceptions:
